Online registration for Toy Fair 2013 opens at 4pm today for visitors and media at

Pre-registered visitors will benefit from fast track access and a saving of £15 otherwise payable on the door. All attendees (including media) from the past three Toy Fairs will receive a Smart Link containing previous details and hence need only check, update and submit to receive a bar code email which will be required to gain access to the 2013 show.

Toy Fair is the only dedicated toy, games and hobby trade exhibition in the UK. The 2013 show will see Toy Fair celebrate its 60th anniversary on 22-24 January at Olympia in West London. Following a very successful show in January and the 2012 footprint selling out within three months of the show closing, the new Upper West Hall has been incorporated into the 2013 floor plan to accommodate the growing demand for space. A section of the Upper West Hall will also play host to the 2012 Toy Industry Awards taking place on the first evening of the fair.

There are 210 companies currently confirmed for the 2013 show, including fair regulars Lego, Bandai, Character Options, Flair, Golden Bear, Hasbro, Playmobil, Vivid Imaginations and Worlds Apart. There are also a number of brand new exhibitors showcasing their products for 2013 such as EB Brands, Fizz Creations, Flying Gadgets, Music for Kids, Tactic Games, That’s Original and Triqo. Retailers who attended in 2012 included the likes of Amazon, Argos, Debenhams, Fenwick, John Lewis, Mothercare, Tesco and Toys R Us.

Simon Pilling, head of Toy Fair operation and sales, said: “We are delighted at the support shown for Toy Fair 2013. With the 2012 floor space selling out in record time, Toy Fair 2013 is going to be a not-to-be-missed event with the expansion into the Upper West Hall, the 60th anniversary celebrations and thousands of fantastic new toy launches to look forward to.”
