Toynamics UK & Ireland celebrates a year of growth

Published on: 16th December 2021

MD David Allan attributes Toynamics’ new business growth to a wealth of new talent on the team and a host of new brands on board.

Toynamics UK & Ireland has reported that the company has exceeded expectations for 2021 with a year full of award wins, new talent on the team and continued business growth.

Having won multiple consumer awards across all brands, 2021 has been a year of celebrations for the Toynamics team. Notable wins include Mother & Baby Gold Award for best changing bag – Skip Hop Forma Backpack; MadeForMums Gold for Best Toy under £50 – Hape Railway Bucket Builder Set and Bronze in the Junior Design Awards for best toy design with the new Hape Musical Whale Fountain and best Highchair for the Skip Hop Sit to Step Highchair.

New team appointments in 2021 reflect the positive growth the company has achieved, and also align with ongoing development plans for the business. This year has seen a new operations manager join the company, new additions to the sales and marketing teams, as well as several internal promotions.

Business growth has seen continued success through retail distribution and consumer sales for the Hape and Skip Hop brands, plus new additions to the Toynamics portfolio, which includes Timio and Beleduc.

David Allan, managing director at Toynamics UK & Ireland, said: “In line with our plan to support new business growth, I’m delighted with the progress we have seen to help drive our business forward. The new talent on the team has been our greatest asset for 2021, and with the new brands onboard Toynamics is going from strength to strength. To finish the year with Gold Mother & Baby and MadeforMums Awards has been the cherry on top.”

The Toynamics team is looking forward to showcasing its exciting new products for 2022 at London Toy Fair, Stand E46 and NEC Spring Fair Hall 5, Stand 5L20-M21.
