ToyTesters.tv has launched a new Most Awesome Gaming Toy category for its awards in association with FamilyGamerTV.
Products entered into this category will feature on the popular gaming channel, on course to reach 100,000 subscribers. Andy Robertson, founder of FamilyGamerTV will also co-host the content alongside face of ToyTesters.tv, Nigel Clarke.
Toys that are eligible to enter this category must be a toy to life product, make use of a console, iPad, Tablet, iPhone, PC, Mac or other digital device.
Gemma Gallagher, founder of ToyTesters.tv, commented: “We’re on the road to establishing the ToyTesters.tv awards as the biggest awards where children vote for the best toys and games of the year. Having FamilyGamerTV on board not only adds a substantial reach, but gives toy and video-game companies an even bigger reason to get involved. The toys to life category and physical-virtual play-scheme is a massive genre that we are excited to celebrate. Not only because there are some ground breaking products out there, but because they bring children a lot of fun and enjoyment. The Most Awesome Gaming Toy category is a must for us and everyone that’s created a toy or gaming product with an added bonus tech twist.”
Andy Robertson, founder of FamilyGamerTV, added: “The hybrid toy-game products disrupt what we traditionally think of as toys and video-games. Offering a single experience with strong value both on the screen and living-room carpet has captured the imagination of millions of children.”
Entries will be closing earlier than last year and can be submitted by visiting www.ToyTesters.tv/Awards
