Turner Broadcasting has appointed Lesley Bailey to the newly-created role of vice president of channel marketing and brand management for its EMEA business.
Lesley will be responsible for leading Turner’s kids channel marketing and brand management strategy and delivering comprehensive marketing and franchise plans underpinned by competitive and audience insights. The core mission of Lesley and her team is to generate high levels of awareness and affinity for Turner’s leading kids portfolio to support revenue growth in ratings, licensing and merchandising and ad sales. Bailey will report directly to Patricia Hidalgo, SVP content and creative officer, EMEA, and will be based in the company’s regional head offices in London.
Previously she has held senior marketing and brand management roles for entertainment companies including Walt Disney and Hit Entertainment.
