UK patent for Kids@play

Kids@play has confirmed that a UK patent has been granted for its Inflatable Ride-on toy for Children.

The patent covers an inflatable ride-on toy which is secured to a motorized base.

Malcolm Evans told Toy World:” The patent application goes back some years ago and consequently all of our actions for patent infringement can be backdated to this date. We were undoubtedly the first to design this concept, and together with the registered community design patents, including copyright, and registered Trade Marks, we feel that we are adequately protected against the flow of companies that seek to copy our work.”

The Trade Marks Registry has also assigned the Mark,  ‘100 smiles per hour ‘  to Kids @ Play and this mark will be used on its powered vehicle range.
