Mike Thomas, client services director at Import Services, commented: “We are thrilled to have won the tender to consolidate University Games’ group business based on our compelling port-centric logistics model, which provides the optimum route to market for imported product to UK / Eire & Continental European customers.”

University Games / Paul Lamond managing director, Richard Wells, added: “We’re delighted to be working with Import Services, having seen first-hand the advantages of its port-centric location and in-depth retail knowledge.”

The Paul Lamond product portfolio boasts an impressive array of well-known brands including Game of Thrones, Roald Dahl, Horrible Histories and the iconic Kersplatt.

It was also recently announced that Import Services has been appointed as logistics partner by the Little Birdy Group, a distributor of lifestyle brands specialising in the Gifts and Stationery sectors, with offices established in Dubai and London.
