My Friend Cayla is the first doll to talk about herself and answer general knowledge questions with the help of an internet connection. Girls can chat with Cayla, find out about her, share stories and play games with the help of a smart device. Cayla doesn’t look on websites containing inappropriate material and there are multi-layered online safeguards in place meaning that using Cayla online is very safe.

Catherine Scott, brand manager, said: “We are delighted to be working with Manley on such an innovative new product. The concept has been exceptionally well received and we expect that all little girls will want to chat with Cayla this Christmas.”

Launching in July, My Friend Cayla will be supported with a full multimedia marketing campaign encompassing TV, online, print, PR and consumer support. You can see Cayla at Toy Fair on Vivid’s stand, E135.
