Vivid unveils the chocolate pen

Vivid has launched a chocolate pen and is taking the product on tour this month.

Amybeth-480The company has partnered with baker and budding author Amy-Beth Ellice for the tour, commencing with a Barnardos charity event where she will be decorating her culinary creations using the pen.

Vivid has also confirmed a PR partnership with Fairtrade chocolate company Divine Chocolate. The collaboration will see sampling and media opportunities with the pen including a blogger outreach campaign linked to the Great British Bake Off.

James Ratcliffe, assistant brand manager at Vivid, commented: “The timing for launch is fantastic with a wave of media and consumer awareness surrounding the hit Great British Bake Off BBC series and the resulting drive towards children and parents getting creative with their baking. We will be TV advertising and linking all our PR activity to retail in order to drive awareness of this innovative and versatile product.”
