An event with Tiana – the ‘professional’ unboxer and star of the Toys AndMe YouTube channel – took place at The Entertainer Coventry store last week.
The ticketed event, which drew hundreds of fans, took place in Coventry’s Lower Precinct and saw Tiana sign merchandise for her fans and pose for photos alongside her new Toys AndMe toy range, which is inspired by Tiana and her YouTube channel. Following the event, The Entertainer Coventry has seen a spike in sales, with some items almost already out of stock.
Craig Lowe, events coordinator at The Entertainer, commented: “The Tiana meet and greet was a huge success with hundreds of the ‘TT Squad’ getting to meet Tiana throughout the day. The event supported Tiana’s new toy range brilliantly by giving it a huge boost, with The Entertainer Coventry nearly selling out completely, even after having extra stock brought in especially for Tiana’s visit.”
Tom Bennie, senior brand manager at Vivid Toy Group, added: “It was great to see how excited the fans were to meet Tiana. We’ve worked closely with Tiana and her family on the toy range and feel that it encapsulates everything that kids love about Tiana and Toys AndMe, so we’re delighted with how the event ran and it’s got the range off to a great start.”
The Toys AndMe collection includes the Mega Box Pop Surprise, Tiana’s Unboxing Studio, a Pop n Shop Car Playset, the Party Pop Surprise, and a Totally Tiana Doll.
