Toy industry men Damien Weight and Clive Wooster recently walked across the Isle of Wight to raise money for the Braintrust.

walk-wordpressDamien, of Tomy, and Clive, of Famosa, walked North-South and East-West across the the island over two days. Starting at the most northerly point, Cowes, they headed south to St Catherines Point on day one covering over 25 miles. On day two, they started at the most easterly point, Bembridge, and crossed west to the Needles.

The pair raised £1,300 for the charity.

They commented: “Ending up day two exhausted, on the Downs in the dark after 10 hours walking was a bit tricky but we made it. A big thank you to those who supported us with donations.”
