Sarah Willingham, American Express small business insider, spoke to Wigwam Toys’ Clair Letton about how she plans to make the most of out the promotion. Watch the video below to see Clair’s plans to hold a late-night shopping event.

Clair also tells Sarah how she markets her business to local people and attracts new customers in an area of low footfall. Clair explains how she targets her customers in the local area, how she posts pictures of new products on her Facebook page to draw people in, and how she helps to cross-promote local businesses via a community Facebook page.

Sarah then goes on to suggest that with her passion and knowledge (which we can attest to from our Talking Shop interview), Clair should consider promoting herself as an expert and go-to contact to increase her profile.
