This year's BlogOn Toy Awards were live streamed for the first time.
YuMe Toys' Harry Potter Magical capsules, distributed by KAP Toys, took first place in both the Collectibles and Licensed Toys categories.
This weekend saw the 4th Annual BlogOn Toy Awards go virtual, with live demonstrations of over 200 entries across 16 categories. Streamed to parent influencers around the UK, the BlogOn team was live for over two hours and received positive feedback for the new format. The new format allowed the awards to reach a larger audience of influencers, and more votes were cast than ever before.
Laura Seaton, BlogOn Toy Awards founder, commented: "2020 meant that we had to adapt and change the way we normally host the awards. Eventually we decided to live stream them; this format allowed us to spotlight each of the individual entries and gave the influencers a better insight into the value for money and quality of each product."
