Around 350 exhibitors will showcase articles for babies and infants in their product range. The products can be found in Halls 1, 2 and 3 alongside product groups of a similar theme, including dolls, cuddly and wooden toys.
Exhibitor Claudia Lässig, CEO, Lässig, said: “We are especially happy with the grouping of the sector, as distances are shorter and the quality of the buyers has increased. The common theme linking Halls 1 to 3A is a very good reflection of this market’s development and interested buyers find their way directly to us.”
The market for baby and infant articles is growing steadily. In Germany, France and Spain revenues rose in 2013 by 4% compared to the previous year, and in Italy by 2%. Spielwarenmesse has extended the area for baby and infant articles to match this development.
