Goliath will transition to have Wahu & Britz’n Pieces run as brands under the Crown & Andrews business as of 28th March.

Britz Marketing and Goliath have announced that Goliath has acquired the Britz Marketing business.

Adi Golad, founder of Goliath, commented: “We are confident that combining these two iconic Australian companies will reinforce Goliath’s position as a major player in the Australian market. I am very happy to welcome Britz’n Pieces & Wahu into the Goliath family. Wahu is the No. 1 outdoor brand in Australia and we’re excited to continue to grow the business in Australia as well as take the brand around the world. We’ve just shown the range at the New York Toy Fair and have already had great international response.”

Tim, founder of Britz Marketing, will continue to be involved in the business in a special advisory capacity.

Andrew Lee, GM of Goliath Australia, Crown & Andrews, also commented: “It’s a very exciting time as we take on the Britz’n Pieces and Wahu brands, as well the Goliath core ranges, into the future.”
