Worlds Apart has unveiled a long-term development and distribution deal with Canadian company, TECH4Kids.

TECH4Kids produces toy lighting products at volume price points, including licensed items that Worlds Apart says will complement its existing Go Glow range. The full range of licensed products will all be available in January 2012.

Worlds Apart MD, Andy Cooper commented: “As we develop our distribution and channel marketing resources, with more and more TV in the mix, so we are looking for new distribution partners. However, we always look for a strong strategic fit, in terms of both product category and development philosophy.”

Brad Peterson of TECH4Kids added: “Worlds Apart is best in class and clearly dominates the toy lighting category in the UK, and we are keen to benefit from its extensive experience and broader distribution channels.”
