Just 14 days into the brand’s first TV campaign, Wow! Pods ranks at number 41 in Amazon’s top 100 Best Sellers across toys & games.
Wow! Stuff reports that Wow! Pods has seen its sales ranking on Amazon in the UK continue on a meteoric upwards trajectory. With the brand’s first TV advertising campaign just 14 days old, Wow! Pods sales have risen an incredible ten-fold, putting the Series 1 Marvel licensed models in the top 50 Best Sellers across all of Amazon’s toys and games, and achieving the Most Wished For and Most Gifted positions.
Wow! Pods hit the number 41 position in Amazon’s massively competitive official 100 Best Sellers on Monday this week across the Toys & Games category, from an offering of over 2m products. Wow! Pods also secured the Number 1 Best Seller spot in 2 key categories: Kids Play Action Figures and Bobblehead Figures.
Dawn Lavalette, SVP and commercial director, Wow! Stuff, said: “We can see Wow! Pods is just scratching the surface of what is possible and with the range of brands coming on board, we are able to offer retailers unique chase models, launch series partnerships and much more.”
Dawn added: “Achieving the best seller position in what is one of the most hotly contested categories in Toys & Games, Kids Play Action Figures, is breath-taking. We have so many tier 1 brands now coming on board and the momentum is fantastic, offering a fresh perspective on collectibles that both kids can both display and play with. We are inviting distributors who want to be part of the global success to contact us.”
Launched last year, Wow! Pods is a range of unique, patent pending collectibles centred around a licensed character brand housed within a hex shaped pod that comes to life with UV black light to reveal hidden icons. Brands available or launching shortly include Marvel series 1 and 2, Harry Potter and the Wizarding World, Jurassic World, Minions, Fall Guys, Disney Princess, Pixar, Sonic and more.
