Yvolution is rolling out the first of many awareness campaigns, taking a summer of safety to nurseries and pre-schools in the UK.
The campaign takes place at the end of June and is designed to educate children and parents about the importance of safety when taking a first foray on wheels.
Nurseries and pre-schools have already been recruited for the activity through a recent awareness week on www.UKMums.tv. Each setting is due to receive a Y Velo Balance Bike, safety helmets and pads plus instructions on how to hold one-on-one sessions with the little ones in their charge.
The emphasis will be on safe fun, with cones and other items to create a course to practice on. In addition interactive balance activities, cycle mazes, certificates and take home materials will further the experience and awareness for the Yvolution Junior brands of Y Velo and Glider.
