Gibsons achieves Gold Level Investors in People accreditation

The globally recognised standard reflects Gibsons’ commitment to creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

Jigsaw puzzle and board games company Gibsons Games has been awarded a Gold Level Investors in People (IIP) accreditation, demonstrating its commitment to investing in the development of its employees.

IIP is a globally recognised standard for people management, with a focus on the development of employees and the improvement of business performance.The accreditation is awarded to companies that demonstrate a commitment to investing in their people and creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

To achieve the accreditation, Gibsons underwent a rigorous evaluation of its people management practices, including its leadership, strategy, learning & development and performance management The evaluation was conducted by IIP assessors, who spoke with employees and leaders across the company to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation.

Achieving the Gold standard of accreditation means Gibsons is consistently achieving an Advanced level of practices in areas such as empowering people, managing performance and living the organisation’s values and behaviours.
