The MadeForMums Toy Awards 2023 opens for entry

Published on: 5th June 2023

MadeForMums opens entries to its 2023 Toy Awards today (5th June), with more than 35 categories to be considered.

The annual, consumer-facing awards celebrate the best toys at every age and stage from newborn to preteen and are judged by an army of child testers – with the help of their parents, the MadeForMums editorial team and toy-industry experts. This year, there will be awards in more than 35 categories, including Best Playset, Best Doll, Best Toy for Pretend Play, Best Interactive Toy, and new for 2023 – Best Fiction Book and Best Non-Fiction Book. All entries will automatically be considered for one of the much-coveted Editor’s Choice Top Toy Awards.

MadeForMums has a reputation for expert, honest online reviews, and its top ranking toy review content drives over £960k of toy sales each year and over 1.45m yearly page views on toy-related articles.

A MadeForMums Toy Award is recognised by parents and retailers as a sign of a toy’s outstanding quality and play potential. The Toy Awards are also rated by the national press, with the Daily Mail featuring detailed coverage of the winners for the past seven years.

Toy brands and PRs can enter their products into the MadeForMums Toy Awards here, from 10am on June 5th.

Winners and shortlisted entries receive showcase editorial coverage on madeformums.com, with winners getting a special click-to-buy link. Publication of this coverage is timed to hit the upsurge in Christmas gift search traffic. Winners and shortlisted entries also receive a bespoke digital MadeForMums Toy Awards winners badge for use across all marketing including packaging and online retail sites.
