Published on: 26th September 2023

Monthly grown-up games night, Board Game Club, returns to London’s Century Club next week with a menu packed full of brand-new games.

Board Game Club

The event will take place on Tuesday, 3rd October and the organisers say they expect the new games to be hits.

Showing off the array of new titles hitting shelves in time for the all important Q4 sales window, Board Game Club will bring hot new titles such as the latest evolution of Dobble – Dobble Connect – from Asmodee, as well as the words and letters game, Qwaffle, which was co-invented by a Board Game Club regular and published by John Adams’ Ideal brand.

Also from Ideal, fast and furious trivia game Smash Down will have guests reaching for their colourful pointing fingers, while This Side Up promises parcel-flipping-colour-catching mania.

Guests can hone their mind-reading skills with Golden Bear’s brand new Mind Meld, or check out some recent favourites from the likes of Format Games, Big Potato and What Do You Meme.

Get your free ticket to the event here.

Board Game Club takes place on the first Tuesday of each month at Century Club, Shaftesbury Avenue, 6pm-10pm.

You can become a member by signing up here. Everybody over-18 is welcome and the nights regularly attract familiar faces from both inside and outside the toy industry, providing relaxed and sociable networking opportunities as well as the chance to check out the latest releases.
