Character World Brands will acquire the Ready Bed, Go Glow, Pop ‘N’ Fun and Hello Home brands from Moose, for distribution and development across EMEA.

Character World Brands is to acquire four Moose Toys iconic home brands: Ready Bed, Go Glow, Pop ‘N’ Fun and Hello Home across EMEA. Under the terms of the agreement, Character World Brands will be responsible for distribution and all future product development.

Neil Shinner, CEO UK & EU, Moose Toys, commented: “We are delighted that Character World Brands can continue the third decade of these fantastic products and add to its strong EMEA offering. These incredibly successful brands underpinned the Worlds Apart UK and European business for many years, and we feel the team provides the greatest future potential for the development and expansion of these principal brands.”

Pioneering imaginative home products for over two decades, Character World Brands says its passion for brands drives its business, be it firing imaginations, or creating sanctuaries. The company has  an ever expanding range of licensed and non licensed home products that it can offer to global retail partners.

As the transition is underway, both companies will work together through Nuremberg Toy Fair to ensure a seamless experience at retail for autumn 2024.

James Walker, CEO, Character World, said: “This partnership is the perfect addition to our business. We could not be prouder to continue the legacy that these brands represent for children and families across EMEA. This will allow broader representation for our licensors whilst delivering a one-stop-shop home solution for retailers and consumers.”

Staff from both Moose Toys and Character World Brands are available at Nuremberg Toy Fair for retailers who are interested in finding out further information.
