Titan Entertainment Group announces appointment

Titan Entertainment Group has appointed Anthony Garnon as head of Pop Culture for Titan Merchandise and Forbidden Planet. 

Titan Entertainment GroupTitan Entertainment (TEG) has recruited Anthony Garnon to lead its Titan Merchandise team and Forbidden Planet direct-to-retail (DTR) team. Anthony returned to Titan and Forbidden Planet on Monday 4th March, from his current role within the licensing department at Aardman. Prior to Aardman, Anthony worked for Forbidden Planet for seven years and built its multi-award-winning direct-to-retail program.

Anthony’s new role, head of Pop Culture, takes senior responsibility for the management and strategic growth of TEG’s Merchandise and Forbidden Planet’s DTR teams, with all members of those teams reporting directly to Anthony.

Anthony reports to Titan’s chief operating officer, Andrew Sumner. Andrew commented: “Anthony brings a vast amount of industry experience, unrivaled enthusiasm and a high-level of pop culture knowledge to our Titan/Forbidden Planet universe and we can’t wait to welcome him back to the group.”
