Experienced retailer Hana Sellwood has joined Playmobil UK as territory manager for the South East of England.

Hana Sellwood

Hana joins Playmobil with over twelve years of experience in the toy trade from the retail side of the industry. With roles that have included store manager and toy buyer, for the majority of the time with Enchanted Wood Toys, Hana brings with her a wealth of depth and knowledge to the role that will be instrumental in developing and growing the south east territory.

“I’m really excited to take on this new role at such an exciting time for Playmobil,” commented Hana. “Whilst every business is different, I am confident that I will have a good understanding of the needs of my accounts. I look forward to representing the Playmobil brand and meeting everyone.”

“It’s a real coup to have Hana on board with Playmobil,” added Adam Moore, Playmobil’s marketing communications manger. “We are really excited to welcome her to the team. Hana brings a unique perspective to the role with her years of experience in the retail industry.”

In a recent interview, Playmobil told Toy World that the company has fared well during a challenging 12 months that left the team just as pleased with its own performance as that of the wider toy industry. However, everyone at Playmobil is now looking forward to stores reopening, and being able to fully take part in the latest launches.

The biggest new launch this year is the Dino Rise range, which adds to existing dinosaur toy ranges, and also introduces the unique element of humans and dinosaurs teaming up to take on the bad guys.

Playmobil is also bringing through numerous other new ranges and theme extensions for 2021, with many new products being introduced. To find out more, visit www.playmobil.co.uk.
