Iconic toys meet an iconic skyline as the toy brand hosts its biggest party yet for 50th anniversary.

Little Tikes is preparing for its biggest birthday celebration yet as it announces the World’s Biggest Play Date in the UK’s Capital to encourage families to Play Big.

Saturday 18th May will see families play together across the globe as a series of Play Dates will be launched to celebrate Little Tikes’ 50th birthday. The UK event, at Observation Point on London’s iconic South Bank, will mark the toy brand’s longevity in the industry, showcasing well known and loved products alongside new and recent launches.

The World’s Biggest Play Date will invite children and adults to play and create new memories together. The space will be bursting with an extensive range of ride-ons, role-play, sports and outdoor toys.

The creative play space will pop up on South Bank between 12.30pm and 5pm on Saturday 18th May, and everybody is invited. Those not in the UK can join Little Tikes to #PlayBig across the globe, from California to Greece, as 11 countries in total will be Playing Big on 18th May.

Michelle Lilley, head of marketing for Little Tikes UK, said: “Little Tikes has reached a milestone year and we’ve had a fantastic time celebrating so far, championing the team behind the brand and the iconic products that we all know and love. We can’t wait to meet everybody at South Bank for The World’s Biggest Play Date – where we will be playing bigger than ever before at our UK edition of the event. We hope families will take time out of their busy schedules to come and play.”
