The October issue of Toy World is out now

Published on: 24th September 2019

The latest issue of Toy World is available to view online now.

The special October issue of Toy World has a flip cover, meaning that all this month’s licensing content is contained within a dedicated and comprehensive section numbering well over 70 pages.

The October issue offers a special feature on Nickelodeon with Marianne James, Warner Bros. brand profiles on Scooby Doo and DC, an interview with NBCUniversal’s Hannah Mungo, a collaborative Q&A on Ricky Zoom with eOne’s Katie Rollings and Mary Wood from Tomy, and an in-depth look at licensor audits with Strathmore Advisory’s founder director Simon McIntosh. Plus, we spoke to Anna Knight, VP Global Licensing Group, about what attendees and exhibitors can expect from BLE in its first year at London Excel.

Flip the October issue over, and you’ll find a further 50 pages of content including all the industry’s latest news, views and opinion pieces from regular contributors including Generation Media, NPD, Toy Barnhaus, Ruth Clements and Nat Southworth, plus a special feature on Tactic Games, which recently hosted Toy World publisher John Baulch at its Finnish headquarters for a behind-the-scenes look at how it remains successful in toys and games. In addition, Toy World also sat down with Carmel Giblin, CEO and president of the ICTI Ethical Toy Program, to find out how the non-profit is improving the lives of factory workers across the globe as it celebrates its 15th anniversary.
