Visitors to the zoo will be able to play the ultimate game of Top Trumps while discovering spine-tingling, Halloween-related facts about the animals. Tournament cards will be handed out at the entrance and visitors will then be invited to head off around the zoo in search of its most impressive residents and giant Halloween Top Trumps cards. Visitors will choose which animal they want to play and then pick a category to see which animal species can eat the most, run the fastest, or live the longest. To win the game, players need to beat London Zoo on three or more cards.

Ella Gibbs, sales executive at Winning Moves commented: “We’re excited to see London Zoo’s spooky Halloween themed Top Trumps Trail come to life this October. Everyone at Winning Moves & ZSL have been anticipating the event’s launch – it’s sure to be fun for all the family.”

As part of the initiative, visitors can then have a go at designing their own Top Trumps card in the Terrace Restaurant – choosing an animal, drawing it and deciding its ratings.

All visitors will be able to collect a Super Top Trumps collector card after taking part in the trail and will also have the opportunity to pick up their own pack of ZSL London Zoo Top Trumps from the gift shop to continue the game at home.
