All About Games celebrates third anniversary

Published on: 22nd February 2024

This year, All About Games Consulting celebrates its third anniversary in the tabletop gaming industry, with high revenue and savings for partners.

Building on three years of growth and innovation, All About Games Consulting (AAGC) continues to make waves in the tabletop gaming industry with its comprehensive suite of professional services.

The company was founded in early 2021 by industry veterans Daniel Steel and Cedric Delobelle, who previously held senior positions at Asmodee and Fantasy Flight Games. Today, AAGC delivers growth and new revenue streams to a roster of partners that includes Ludus Magnus Studio, Earthborne Games, Stoneblade Entertainment and many more.

“We offer a range of services that simply isn’t available from any other consultants or service providers in the tabletop gaming industry,” said Cedric, AAGC’s managing director. “We can be a hands-on extension of a team that helps with all stages of the product lifecycle. Our team can offer a powerful route to market through crowdfunding, secure publishers the best production partners and get the final product localised across the world through our international sales & localisation service. Our goal is to maximise profits for our partners.”

This international sales & localisation service continues to boost revenue for AAGC’s international partners, with $12m combined revenue generated in the last three years for publishers. AAGC also helps to solve production woes through its manufacturing review service. Using its experience and international network of factories, each personally vetted for quality by its team, AAGC has saved partners more than $6m USD in production costs in the last two years, which equated to an average saving of 15% per game.

As AAGC celebrates its third anniversary, the AAGC team welcomes renowned industry veteran Stephan Brissaud into the ranks. Stephan has a wealth of experience from tabletop giants Funko Games, Iello, Asmodee and Wizards of the Coast that he will leverage to grow the distribution sales opportunities AAGC offers its partners.

2023 saw the team deliver the biggest booth at UK Games Expo (UKGE), clocking in at over 8,000 square feet. There, AAGC represented products direct to consumers from global partners that included USAopoly, Maestro Media, Forbidden Games and more. At Spiel Essen, Germany’s premiere tabletop gaming convention, AAGC delivered a similar experience for publishers and attendees, adding a large business lounge that overlooked hall three and provided a quiet and private location for its partners to conduct business meetings and network with other industry professionals.

2024 will see AAGC return to Essen and UKGE, as well as exhibiting at Nuremberg Toy Fair, Gama Expo and Gen Con. The team’s crowdfunding management services have also been thriving, raising over $1m for partners for innovative projects across Kickstarter, Gamefound and Backerkit over the last six months, with more to come in 2024.

“We’re ecstatic to have achieved such tremendous results for our partners over the last few years.” said Cedric. “Helping them grow their business is very rewarding; we have no intention of slowing down and continue to strive to achieve even greater results in the coming years.”
