Rainbow Designs is looking to expand its field sales team and it is seeking a South East Territory Manager to join the company, which will help it achieve its ambitious growth plans over the next few years. The role covers business development in new and existing accounts, in a diverse range of retailers including but not limited to Garden Centres, Toy shops, Visitor attractions and Card shops. Cartamundi is recruiting for Sales agents to represent its growing portfolio. The company has recently expanded its kids, family and adult games offering, which has created more opportunity to bring fantastic new games to market. The team is now looking for a number of experienced sales agents to help grow its representation within the independents, where Cartamundi sees fantastic potential for our existing and new ranges.

Zuru is looking for an eCommerce Director – EU. The successful applicant will help unlock Zuru’s vast eCommerce potential in Europe, spearheading growth across the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, leveraging their extensive eCommerce expertise to navigate and seize immense market opportunities.

Skills & Experience required include: 7+ years professional experience; an eCommerce retail background; strong commercial and business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving; leadership ability and be able to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on business objectives; and strong communication and influencing skills.

Meanwhile, Event Merchandising is seeking a Junior Buyer and Merchandiser (Toys and Gifts). Event Merchandising works in partnership with some of the world’s most recognised brands and events, with services that range from designing and manufacturing creative products for corporate requirements to selling at live events, and devising licensing programmes to running online and brick-and-mortar shops.

In 2024, Event Merchandising is launching high-profile new permanent and temporary retail operations, primarily focused on toys, gifts and collectibles. The company is looking for a junior buyer, preferably with experience within these sectors, who is looking for an exciting new challenge working across multiple retail brands. The junior buyer and merchandiser will play a pivotal role in the selection, purchasing and presentation of toy products for retail. This role requires a commercial eye for trends, negotiation skills and an understanding of consumer behaviour in the toy and gift sectors.
