Four new roles added to our recruitment section

Epoch, Bladez Toyz, Igloo Books and Gameplan are the latest companies advertising to fill vacancies through Toy World’s popular recruitment section. 

Epoch is seeking a territory manager (London and East Anglia) to be responsible for the South Eastern territory for the company covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Kent, Cambs, Beds, Essex, Herts, and London (subject to change depending on location). The territory manager will report to the Sales manager and will work within the Sales department.

Main responsibilities include maintaining existing relationships for the area for growth in line with budgets advised, conducting brand presentations with retail buyers and sales reps and identifying new trends to maintain the company’s position as an industry leader. Previous experience at Territory Manager level with experience in the Toy Industry preferred.

 

Bladez Toyz is looking for a designer to complete the busy creative team based in sunny Portsmouth. Working across all our licensed brands, this is a key role covering bases from packaging and instruction manuals to digital asset management and print advertising. Packaging graphics design/artworking experience using Illustrator is essential.

The candidate will have at least two years’ relevant experience and preferably have experience in digital asset management and experience with Adobe CC.

 

Igloo Books is in search of a senior business development manager to develop and grow Igloo’s exciting ‘non book’ business.

Igloo Books is a global leader of mass-market publishing and stationery and a key multi-territory and award-winning Disney Book Group licensee. The company’s content for children and adults spans the full spectrum of popular categories: colouring, sticker, activity, craft kits, illustrated story, novelty, board, fiction, puzzle and reference. Broad global distribution ensures Igloo is available in 77 countries across 64 languages.

 

Gameplan Europe has a vacancy for a senior key account manager – France who will have the responsibility for managing several national accounts. Some of the key responsibilities are to review and analyse market data by product, category and customer, develop and manage forecasts and drive and deliver sales in line with corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years’ experience of successfully working in a toy industry retail account management role, dealing with large customers with a hands-on approach and be able to work with all traditional toy channels and to identify and exploit unusual or emerging channels of potential opportunity for client.

  • Canal Toys is seeking a senior national account manager for the UK office, to build and develop Canal Toys’ sales across a portfolio of key UK retailers.
  • Wow! Stuff is looking for a creative and enthusiastic packaging designer.
  • Huffy is recruiting a UK & Ireland sales manager. The successful candidate will be the sales lead in the UK with a core focus on the Huffy and Licensed brands.
