Get involved in the December issue of Toy World

Published on: 23rd October 2023

Toy World’s final issue of 2023 will present part one of our Nuremberg preview, and kickstart showcasing new lines to buyers ahead of the 2024 toy fair season.

With the November issue of Toy World safely off to print, the team is beginning to turn its attentions to the final print edition of 2023 – and now is the time to get involved.

Toy Fair season is just around the corner, and as ever Toy World will be covering of all the major toy shows to help buyers plan their trips in advance.

For the Nuremberg Toy Fair, we will be running two separate previews of the show to support exhibitors and retail visitors.

The December edition of Toy World will include an extensive ‘first-look’ preview of the Nuremberg Toy Fair. So if you are exhibiting in Nuremberg and would like to get an early message out to attract buyers to your stand, this issue will provide you with the ideal opportunity to tell retailers why they should add you to their schedule.

The December issue will be published on 1st December with an ad deadline of 16th November and an editorial deadline of 2nd November. This will be the first Nuremberg Preview published by any of the UK or global toy magazines.

There will be further comprehensive coverage of the Spielwarenmesse in January, when for the first time ever we will be publishing a special pull-out supplement focusing on the show. This supplement will be mailed along with the January issue on 6th January – this will help those companies who will need a little more time to have images and copy ready. (The editorial deadline for this issue will be 1st December and the ad deadline will be 12th December.)

Publishing this preview as a supplement will make it far more convenient for buyers to carry it to Nuremberg as a handy reference tool, and also make it easier for us to distribute additional copies at the show itself, given the weight of the main January issue and its main focus on London Toy Fair.

Further information regarding the bumper January issue of Toy World will follow in due course.

The deadlines for the December issue are:

November 2nd – editorial

November 16th – ads
