Connetix Tiles has a rapidly expanding operation for an incredible open-ended children’s toy. Our magnetic tiles help to develop imagination and creativity in children, and are something that can grow and evolve with them.

Started by two families who have known each other since our children were small, Connetix has seen unprecedented success in a short time. In that time, we’ve built both an amazing and supportive team who are passionate about what we do, and also a strong brand presence across our social media platforms.

We’ve expanded into over 59 countries, and are now looking to strengthen our brand in a few key areas. Which is why we’re so excited to invite our next team member to join us.

The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Regional Sales Manager to boost our business and revenue expansion in the North American market.

You’ll be part of our commercial team, working alongside our Customer/Retailer Support, and Product team. This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned sales person who wants to take on the challenge of generating new sales and creating business opportunities.

The Person

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record for creating leads, building authentic relationships, and closing deals?

Do you know how to analyze the market and execute a strategy to fuel growth?

Do you have experience bringing a new product to market and selling to retail partners?

Are you looking for a role with some travel involved or are you an expert at Zoom calls?

Are you interested in meeting new people and attending trade fairs across the region?

Key Responsibilities

  • Building your network and developing key commercial relationships
  • Leading sales and managing business development both strategically and operationally
  • Research to understand competition position and market trends
  • Travel where required (trade shows and regionally were required)
  • Creating your own leads as well as handling leads given to you by head office
  • Identifying and acting on key business opportunities


  • Experience working with national brick and mortar retailers is preferred
  • Experience in building and maintaining multi-dimensional working relationships with retailers
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or similar sales function
  • Experience within the toy or consumer product-oriented industry is highly desirable
  • Direct experience with online retailers and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication skills by telephone, email and face-to-face presentation
  • Strong collaborator who relates well to people at all levels, creating win-win partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • People oriented team player
