Konami Digital Entertainment has announced the brand-new booster set Maze of Millennia for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game (TCG), which is available now in Europe and Oceania.

Maze of Millennia rings in the New Year with new long-thought-lost cards seen in the TV series and some of today’s hottest tournament-level cards. Duelists can collect dozens of new cards that first appeared in, or were inspired by, the many worlds of Yu-Gi-Oh!

Cards include the Pegasus’ mesmerising Eye of Illusion, a new Spell Card that interacts with Illusion monsters and the first new Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG monster type for six years, as introduced in last year’s Duelist Nexus.

Clorless, Chaos King of Dark World is one of the new cards that is as powerful as it is nefarious. When this Level 12 Monster Card is Fusion Summoned, players can destroy all their opponent’s cards in one fell swoop. Meanwhile, the brand-new Bonfire is a long-awaited Spell Card which adds any Level 4 or lower Pyro monster to a player’s hand; a must-have for Duelists interested in the new Pyro-based theme that will premiere worldwide in the upcoming Phantom Nightmare set, currently scheduled for early February.

Even more surprises await in Maze of Millenia. The complete set contains 85 cards, including 11 Ultra Rares, 16 Super Rares, 57 Rares and one Quarter-Century Secret Rare. 16 cards are also available as Collector’s Rares. Each booster pack contains seven cards, including one Foil and six Rare cards.
