Epoch Making Toys launched the new Sylvanian Families Baby Mermaid Castle with a star-studded event hosted at The Haymarket Hotel’s glamourous swimming pool area.
Stars in attendance with their families on Sunday 1st October included Strictly Come Dancing’s Nadiya Bychkova, broadcaster Vanessa Feltz, TV personality Ria Hebden, actors Anna Nightingale and Judi Shekoni, ITV meteorologist Laura Tobin and hairdresser Nicky Clarke, plus a host of national media and social media influencers.
The Sylvanian Families Baby Mermaid Castle launch event, executed by Playtime PR, saw guests tuck into a sumptuous afternoon tea. The children were treated to mermaid glitter tattoos, face painting and an amazing real life mermaid performance in the pool by mermaids Sarah and Grace.
Freya the Chocolate Rabbit also made a pool side appearance, much to the delight of younger guests who were then given the opportunity to play with the new Sylvanian Families Baby Mermaid Castle and other products in the Amusement Park range, including the Floating Cloud Rainbow Train, at play stations set up around the venue.
Kim Nicholls, Sylvanian Families brand manager, commented: “We are thrilled to have hosted such wonderful celebrities, media and influencers at the press launch of the Sylvanian Families Baby Mermaid Castle. Playtime PR put on the most amazing event for us which exceeded all expectations and showed great attention to detail. The play stations allowed the little ones to get really hands-on with the product, while the mermaid glitter tattoos and face painting contributed to the party atmosphere. And what a party it was when the real-life mermaids Sarah and Grace performed for us – it really made the children’s dreams come true! A very memorable event and the perfect way to kick start Q4 for Sylvanian Families.”
The Sylvanian Families Baby Mermaid Castle is a beautiful, pastel coloured castle, packed with 12 exciting ocean themed attractions.
