Star-studded turnout to Monster High 2 premiere

Celebrities and their families attended the successful premiere event for Monster High: The Movie 2 in London.

The event saw a host of celebrities and parent influencers turn out at London’s Regent Street Cinema dressed in gothic and glam inspired looks. Stars attendence included Amy Childs with her daughter, Imogen Thomas and Jac Jossa accompanied by daughters Ella and Mia wearing official Monster High costumes from Rubies.

They were joined by Loose Women panellist Linda Robson and her granddaughter Lila and Strictly’s Nadiya Bychkova. Influencer family LDN Family; Anna Whitehouse, otherwise known as Mother Pukka; Ex-Emmerdale actress Anna Nightingale and her daughter; Ex-Eastenders star Judi Shekoni; celebrity nutritionist Gabriella Peacocks; Olympian Jeanette Kwakye and influencer Cat Simms were also amongst the VIP guests who attended.

Guests were welcomed to London’s iconic Regent Street Cinema, regarded as “the birthplace of British cinema” for showing the first ever moving image in the UK. Given a spooky makeover for the event, guests enjoyed themed photo opportunities with bespoke Monster High props and balloons, as well as monster face painting activities before they took their seats to watch the ghouls take on a new adventure in Monster High: The Movie 2.

With the first live action movie an incredible success, Nickelodeon and Mattel Television announced the sequel at the 2023 Kids Choice Awards. The new sequel movie sees Clawdeen Wolf, Draculaura and Frankie Stein enter sophomore year at Monster High. This year, they face even bigger challenges with new students, new powers, evolving friendships and an even bigger threat that could not only tear their friendship apart, but could change the world forever.

A success when the brand first debuted in 2010, Monster High returned in 2022, reimagined with a new set of characters that embrace what makes them unique and rally people everywhere to ‘be yourself, be unique and be a monster’.

Since launching in 2010, Monster High’s brand has stood for creating a more accepting world where everyone feels proud to be their authentic self and let their inner monster shine. Monster High dolls use their styles to express what makes each of them unique and the new set of dolls for the next generation of fans appeal to contemporary trends with more vibrant colours. The brand also allows for even more storytelling opportunities by representing a wide array of body shapes and sizes.

The Monster High core doll range includes the key characters of Draculaura, Clawdeen Wolf, Frankie Stein, Cleo DeNile and Lagoona Blue. In addition to the new dolls there are two playsets to inspire spooktastic storytelling as well as the new Skulltimate series which offers an unboxing experience with 19+ surprises.

Kids can enjoy Monster High: The Movie 2 from Friday 13th October on Nickelodeon and Paramount+.
