The Big Christmas Press Show launches The Big Christmas Wishlist

The Big Christmas Press Show, hosted by PR solutions company CIJ Group, is delighted to announce the launch of its own official awards; The Big Christmas Wishlist. 

Back “bigger and better than ever” for its sixth year: The Big Christmas Press Show, taking place on Wednesday, 13th September, is turning it up a notch with an awards presentation set to crown the hottest products tipped to be best sellers for Christmas coming out of the show.

Brands and retailers across all retail verticals attend the show every year, including the toy industry, and this year, the organisers will be welcoming Ravensburger, PlayMobil, Pokémon, John Adams Leisure, Just Play, Playtime PR, Wonderbly, Xootz, Moose Toys and many more.

As one of the biggest sellers in the golden quarter, it’s no surprise that the toy spaces at the event are coveted. The Big Christmas Press Show organiser, PR solutions company CIJ Group, is proud to announce that toy spaces have officially sold out, with a waitlist already brimming with further toy brands and retailers hoping to secure a spot.

The newly-introduced awards will offer visitors the chance to find out the best new products for the 2023 festive season. Judged by a panel of industry experts from retail & the media, The Big Christmas Wishlist means the brands and retailers in attendance, can submit their top products and launches to the ultimate Christmas wishlist.

There will be 11 award categories in total, spanning across the different gifting and retail verticals, represented by the brands and retailers at the show. Categories include: For the Kids, Budget Friendly, Techie, Eco & Ethical, Advent Calendars, Personalised and Beauty & Grooming.

The awards aim to be inclusive of everyone showcasing at The Big Christmas Press Show and will recognise the most innovative, exciting, showstopping products and gifting ideas as well as taking into account products that are suitable for all budgets.

There will be three winners chosen from each category, meaning 33 winners in total. The deadline for entries will be 11th August and the winners will be contacted and notified ahead of the show.

The winning entries will be revealed at an awards presentation, hosted by the judges and attended by VIP media, live at The Big Christmas Press Show on the 13th September. Winners’ products will be included in a dedicated round up to the media as well as receiving their own accolade.
