Vivid Goliath’s travel-friendly range arrives at WHSmith

Published on: 13th June 2023

Travel versions of Sequence, Floor is Lava Rock Rumble and Red Light, Green Light will be available as consumers prepare for their summer holidays.

With the end of the summer term in sight, the countdown is now on to the family summer getaway. Whether they intend to travel by land, air or sea, the annual challenge of keeping the kids entertained is being made easier by Vivid Goliath’s range of travel friendly toys, games and stationery, which is now available at WHSmith.

Travel versions of the best-selling Sequence board game, and successful card games including Red Light, Green Light and Floor is Lava Rock Rumble, are joined by a range of compact STEM Build-a-Bots. With their unique click and connect system, Build a Bot is ideal for learning robotics on the go. Vivid Goliath’s sleek speed cube, Nexcube, has already proven itself a perfect way to pass the time on a flight, having been seen in the hands of Premier League stars earlier this year.

Core stationery brands including Twistables Crayons and Pencils are also on offer alongside Crayola’s mess free Colour Wonder range. Colour Wonder combines the hottest licences, including Bluey, Paw Patrol and Peppa Pig, with travel friendly markers that colour only the special paper included – not skin, furniture, or the shirt of the stranger sat next to the kids whilst on your travels.

Stuart Phillips, WHSmith’s Travel Toy buyer, is anticipating a great reaction to Vivid’s sub-£10 RRP range in the retailer’s many locations all over the UK. He says: “WHSmith Travel is a leading travel retailer with a presence in a wide range of locations in the UK, including airports, hospitals, train stations and motorway service areas. Making journeys easier is our passion, whether people are travelling by air, by foot, by road or by train. I believe the addition of Vivid Goliath’s Toys and Games to our existing Crayola range adds a fresh new offering to our customers.”
