Mike, global head of anti-piracy at Rubie’s Masquerade, was recognised for his work in promoting and protecting intellectual property.
The annual celebration of the cultural and economic contribution of IP to the UK took place in Westminster, with the event marking the 3rd annual British IP day. The day included the Alliance’s Summer Reception in Parliament, the presentation of the IP Champion Award, and a ‘creator gathering’ where attendees could meet with MPs.
Mike commented: “I am delighted to be nominated and even happier to have been shortlisted for The IP Champion Award. Given that this is such a prestigious award, to even be chosen by an elite panel of experts from industry and politics, is an honour. We are all very proud of the hard work both myself and the team have put in to establish and ensure the programme at Rubie’s is a continued success on a global scale.”
