World Champions Shu Takada and Evan Nagao, who are also brand ambassadors, will be featured on Blue Peter and This Morning. They also took part in a hugely popular instore demo in Westfield White City for The Entertainer on Saturday 19th January.

In 1998 and again in 2010, nearly 4m yoyos were sold in the UK – one for every three children in the UK.

Simon Hampton, head of sales and marketing at Wilton Bradley, commented: “Yoyo crazes tend to come around in regular cycles, and we’re seeing some early signs for the craze making a comeback this year, with sales and demand starting to increase to levels not seen for many years.”

Hans Van Dan Elzen or ‘YoHans’ as he became known, was a driving force behind the massive yo-yo craze twenty years ago with numerous TV appearances and live tours. In 2003, Hans launched YoYo Factory (distributed by Wilton Bradley), a yoyo brand with a focus on creating unique patented technology to make playing with a yoyo a more enjoyable experience for beginners and world champions alike.

Hans will be showing off his skills at the Wilton Bradley stand (E89) at London Toy Fair 2019, joining the YoYo Factory team including  Shu Takada and Evan Nagao, who will be on stage to demonstrate the range and challenge visitors to perform tricks.
