It’s ‘business as usual’ for Toy World

Published on: 17th March 2020

We will continue to send out daily newsflash bulletins and publish print issues.

The coronavirus is clearly affecting every aspect of life and work. We are in uncharted territory, and fully appreciate that the next few months will be a time of challenge and uncertainty for everyone. First and foremost, we wish good health to everyone within the toy community.

Publisher John Baulch commented: “With things changing rapidly and important news breaking continually, we believe that it will be helpful to keep everyone up to date with all the latest developments to help them navigate this tricky period.

Therefore, with the obvious caveat that the situation is evolving every day and we continue to monitor our working practices constantly, I can confirm that we will continue to send the Toy World daily newsflash and that there are no plans to change any of our print issue dates or deadlines.

We are extremely fortunate in that our business model is sufficiently flexible to allow uninterrupted service through this challenging period. As things stand, it is very much business as usual here at Toy World. So, please feel free to continue to send through your latest news and updates, so we can share these with the toy industry – good communication will be more important than ever over the coming weeks.”
