Tomy set to bring back Doodle Bear

Tomy unveils new Doodle Bear range including 25th anniversary bear with digital features.

Commemorating 25 years of doodles, Tomy is bringing the original Doodle Bear back from the 90s by launching the 25th Anniversary Doodle Bear.

Featuring a denim pattern reminiscent of the original Doodle Bear prints, the 25th Anniversary Doodle Bear bridges the gap between digital and dimensional play with an accompanying free to use Doodle Bear Studio App. The app allows children to bring their doodles to life, by customising the background with pre-loaded stickers, or using the pencil tool to create additional fun digital drawings. Kids can even record a message. When ready, the finished piece of art can be saved and shared online with friends. Then parents can pop the bear in the washing machine and the fun can start all over again.

The brand-new range also features three more Doodle Bear characters, which are also compatible with the Doodle Bear Studio app. The new characters include; Chef Doodle Bear, Doodle Chihuahua and Doodle Baby Bear. There will also be a Doodle Bear Marker Set available, for multi-coloured fun with different pens and stencils.

The whole range is suitable for ages three years and up. The Chef Doodle Bear, Doodle Chihuahua, Doodle Baby Bear and the Doodle Bear Marker Set are available now, while the 25th Anniversary Doodle Bear will be available from June.
