Toymaster launches pre-school window campaign as May Show nears

Part of Toymaster’s window programme, the campaign highlights the range of pre-school favourites on offer through members’ toy shops.

Toymaster has launched its latest window campaign, highlighting the range of pre-school toys available through members’ stores all year round.

The campaign, featuring destination brands Golden Bear Toys, Jazwares, Hasbro and Playmobil, went live at toy retailers across the UK and Ireland this week and will run until the end of May. It features classic pre-school brands such as Spidey & his Amazing Friends, In the Night Garden, Peppa Pig and Playmobil, amongst others.

Brian McLaughlin, business development manager at Toymaster, said: “Toymaster has a great relationship with its suppliers which gives members access to a wide range of top class brands and licences. Our window programme offers them the opportunity to promote that they are stocking the toys their customers want, right on their local high street. The striking displays are updated throughout the year, so our members always have something new on show in their storefront displays.”

There are just three weeks to go until Toymaster’s hugely popular May Show which returns to the DoubleTree by Hilton Majestic Hotel in Harrogate from 17th to 19th May, following a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.

Open to all independent retailers, whether or not they are members of the Toymaster buying group, the event offers visitors unfettered access to the biggest and best toy and game companies in the business, with 108 suppliers taking part this year.

Brian added: “We are all looking forward to seeing everyone there. Any independent retailers who want to come along are more than welcome to do so.”
