Visitors to the BBC Good Food Summer Show can cool off with a ChillFactor slushie this weekend as the brand debuts its Fruitastic collection.
This week’s BBC Good Food Show and BBC Gardeners’ World Live bring visitors a cool exhibitor to discover, with the ChillFactor Slushy Maker making its annual appearance at the event for a showcase of the new Fruitastic collection.
The BBC Good Food Summer Show, held at the NEC Birmingham, opened its doors to thousands of visitors on Thursday 15th June 2023. The event will run across the entire weekend until Sunday 18th June. Setting its stall as a cool lifestyle brand and the affordable frozen treats maker of choice, the ChillFactor Slushy Maker has already cooled off the crowds with its live-time demonstrations and tasty samples of fruity slush. And with the weekend looking warm, the stand is likely to remain a main attraction.
Kathryn Ludlam, brand manager at Character Options, commented: “Despite the primary audience being children it’s important to remember that the ChillFactor Slushy Maker is perfect for all ages. Just keep it in the freezer and you’ll always be ready to create a frozen treat.”
She added: “Each year, visitors at the BBC Good Food Summer Show are given hands-on demonstration showing how the Slushy Maker instantly turns fruit juice and more into delicious slush, making the event an invaluable part of the brand’s marketing strategy. Together with our child-focused TV and digital advertising campaign, and our active influencer programme, we can be assured of great awareness over the summer.”
The ChillFactor Slushy Maker also proved its ability to make frozen slushies on ITV’s This Morning on Friday 9th June, having being deemed a top choice by Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond in the programme’s summer treat feature.
