Even more roles added to Toy World’s recruitment section

Kids Brand Insight, Eolo Toys and GamePlan Europe are the latest companies advertising to fill vacancies through Toy World’s popular recruitment section.

Gameplan is looking for an International Sales Manager, on behalf of a client – one of the UK’s largest independently owned designers and manufacturers of children’s toys, with extensive experience supplying the world’s major retailers. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales to retailers and sales to distributors in the territories Benelux, GAS, Poland, Ukraine and the Czech Republic.

Reporting to the VP International Sales, candidates are expected to have a University degree, be fluent in English and at least one other European language and be able to demonstrate successful previous experience as a key account manager or national sales manager, ideally in toys. They could work from home anywhere in Europe, but frequent international travel is required.

Eolo Toys is seeking a Key Account Manager. The company’s product line includes a wide range of toys, from outdoor toys, feature plush, electronic toys and well known licensed products from Disney and Marvel. The Key Account Manager (KAM) for an international toy company in the UK and other potential markets is a critical role that involves managing relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have (among other things) at least 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the toy industry, commercial acumen, team management skills and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing.

The agents will be responsible for representing the Plus-Plus brand across the independent toy and gifts trade within the Midlands, North Wales and Northern territories of the UK, and the territory of Scotland is also available. 5-10 years’ experience of working within the independent and gift channels within the specified territory is expected, and experience of dealing with the industry’s key toy and gift buying groups.
  • AZ Toys & AZ Books International has been providing educational books, e-applications and toys for 0-8 years old in more than 50 countries all over the world for more than 25 years. The company is on the hunt for a Consulting Editor who will bring their talent and experience from the UK educational toys and books industry to the multinational team to help to develop lines for the UK and other English-speaking countries. The ideal candidate will have English as a first language, and this freelance role and may involve remote working.
  • SES Creative, a Dutch company that designs and manufactures arts & crafts, outdoor, nursery and STEM products, is seeking to appoint a UK Sales Agent. The successful candidate will  support and develop independent retailers across the UK. Driven and passionate sales agents who share the company’s values and are committed to making a difference are invited to apply, and will receive competitive commissions and ongoing support to succeed.
  • Golden Bear is looking for a new National Accounts Managerreporting into the UK Sales & Marketing Director. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and growing major UK retailers whilst being charged with bringing new ones on board. The account base is varied across all retail channels – including online – considerable experience, particularly in Amazon, is essential.
  • Bildits is seeking a Head of Retail – EU. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s retail sales operations in Europe, driving sales growth and developing strategies to expand market share, the successful candidate will offer a degree in business, marketing or a related field, as well as a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, and strong knowledge of the toy industry and market trends.
