Experienced toy and nursery executive Nicolai Lindhardt seeks new opportunity

Nicolai’s previous roles included successful stints at Mattel, Tomy and most recently Cam Cam Copenhagen.

After spending the past three years as CEO of Cam Cam Copenhagen, a company which specialises in sustainable baby/kids products, Nicolai Lindhardt has decided to look for a new challenge. Nicolai’s key accomplishments include needle-moving business transformation; implementation of structure and processes; operational excellence and moving a 3PL warehouse to central Europe, resulting in significant cost savings of +50%.

During 2022, Nicolai also personally onboarded a selection of key accounts from across Europe and the US market, including Harrods, KaDeWe, Babymarkt, Zalando, Babywalz, La Redoute, Boozt, Anthropologie, Buy Buy Baby and Amazon.

Nicolai told Toy World: “I have significant experience with the entire value chain, from design/product development, production and sales. I also have a strong track record from executive positions at L’Oréal, Mattel, Royal Copenhagen, Tomy and Cam Cam Copenhagen. Additionally, I have material international experience from living and working in the UK, US and Sweden, as well as an extensive international network at the highest level.

“I am geographically flexible, able to travel as needed and open to consulting projects or a full-time position.
