Gibsons has welcomed six new members to its team. Following a period of steady growth over the last few years, the company has seen a further increase in sales as the nation has embraced puzzling during a challenging year.

Neil Hartley, Demi Newman, Jazmin Gray and Rachel Riddell join the team in the new roles of assistant accountant, customer service administrator, people & culture manager and sales supervisor. And as Adam Melville and Mark Bollen leave the company after many years of service, David Eastoe and Craig Marley join the team as head of finance and head of operations respectively.

The new roles will bolster the finance, sales and customer services teams during this critical period of growth. Jazmin’s role as people & culture manager is a new one for Gibsons, created to build upon the company’s people strategy including employee wellbeing, talent planning, and staff development. Gibsons will also be recruiting a young person in the coming weeks as part of the Government Kickstart scheme.

Managing director Kate Gibson comments: “We are delighted to welcome Neil, Demi, Jazmin, Rachel, David and Craig to the Gibsons team, and to benefit from the experience and skills they bring. So much has changed over the last 12 months and they join us at an exciting time in our history. With a partial return to the office and the benefits this brings, it feels great to be able to grow our dedicated team and to give an opportunity to a young person, especially in the current climate.”
