The company is looking for a Product Development Manager to join its Brand Licensing team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the complete development of product ranges and experiences from initial creative execution to product launch including the oversight of in store retail campaigns, marketing, digital and social activities.

Prior experience in a Product Development role is expected, as well as familiarity with the approvals process and approvals platforms. Experience within Adult/Lifestyle licensing is preferable

The team is looking for a Licensing and Product Development Manager with great communication skills who is adept at building strong relationships internally and with external partners. With a passion for design, brands and product development, they will have good attention to detail, design experience and working knowledge of design software for brand assurance across all licensed products and partnerships.

The Licensing and Product Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creative development of Beano consumer and eCommerce products and providing brand support to licensees and franchise partners.

The Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, as part of the Brand Management team, with responsibility for day-to-day tasks relating to client (brand owner) and licensee (manufacturer) management. This role will involve travel from time to time, within the UK and internationally.
