More new roles added to Toy World’s recruitment section

Igloo Books, Just Play and Paper Projects are among the latest companies looking to fill vacancies through Toy World’s popular recruitment section.

Igloo Books is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to develop and grow Igloo’s exciting ‘non book’ business.

The company is looking for an experienced candidate to grow Igloo’s presence within the UK market across stationery (colouring, activity, craft), party and toy departments. This will span its top four customers through to specialist suppliers for these categories. This is an unrivalled opportunity for an individual to take ownership and build a stationery, toy and party division for an established business.

US toy company Just Play is expanding its global reach and opened a UK office in January 2021 with direct sales and marketing of Just Play toys in the UK & Ireland.

It is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager, who will determine the communications strategy for all Just Play brands in the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the VP Marketing & Licensing EMEA, they will be directly responsible for implementation of both consumer, trade and retail marketing activities working closely with the Just Play US Marketing team and UK Sales team. The role is full-time and permanent.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in a toy or related industry and experience in digital marketing, including SEO, YouTube and social sites. To find out more click here.

Paper Projects, an official UK licensee of character sticker-related products, is looking to appoint a new Sales Executive, who will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales and relationships with existing clients and exploring untapped new opportunities.

The current client base for this role includes medium sized multiples, independent and online retailers, distributors and wholesalers. It also includes the management, maintenance and development of the company’s Amazon Vendor account, currently with a very significant profile and sales contribution.

This is a primarily office-based role with the opportunity of client meetings, and the salary package will be negotiable according to experience and expertise. Click here for further information.
