New roles added to Toy World’s recruitment section

Epoch, Kids Brand Insight, Tomy and Maped Helix are the latest companies advertising to fill vacancies through Toy World’s popular recruitment section.

Epoch is looking for a Field Sales Manager, who will be responsible for a South Eastern Territory covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Kent, Cambs, Beds, Essex, Herts, and London. The Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for a number of Key Accounts for the business, as well as management of four external Sales representatives and Agents along with associated administration of the role.

Previous experience at Field Sales Manager level with experience in the toy industry is preferred although those looking for a step up to the next level of Field Sales/Account Management will be considered. Salary will be commensurate with the post and include company car, pension, 23 days holiday p/a and generous bonus based on company and personal KPIs.

Kids Brand Insight is inviting applications for a Senior National Account Manager (UK & Ireland) on behalf of a client: a global brand that develops innovative educational games, art & craft activities, learning resources and STEM toys. The business is looking for a sales professional with 7+ years of experience to build the offline channel across the UK & Ireland. Tomy is looking to appoint a Junior Product Manager to join its New Product Development Team in Brooklands. Reporting to the Director of Development and Project Management, the successful candidate will be actively involved in developing and project managing products for Tomy’s European markets on the Britains brand.

A good knowledge of materials and the manufacturing process, especially for plastics and die-cast, is required, as well as knowledge of utilising and interpretation of CAD data. A replica toy development background would be highly desired, but is not essential. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours) based at Tomy’s Brooklands office in Weybridge, Surrey and a salary of £27,000 – £30,000 is on offer, depending on experience

Maped Helix‘s UK subsidiary is looking for an experienced Sales Agent to work closely with the UK Head of Sales. The agent selected will be responsible for representing the Helix, Oxford and Maped brands across the independent toy, gift and stationery trades within the South-East (including London). The role will also include some Regional/Key Accounts, making it a very attractive area to cover.

The company offers hugely competitive commissions and ongoing support to ensure that its agents succeed, with access to an exciting product range and marketing support that is unrivalled within the Stationery and Crafting industry. A good level of experience, working within the independent channel across the South-East territory, is expected.

  • Wonderful is looking for a Brand Manager for its client, one of the country’s leading character toy companies with prestigious brand collections including Peter Rabbit, Paddington Bear and Winnie-the-Pooh. Responsible for the development of the company’s brands, this candidate will work closely with the Sales and Marketing director and the Sales team, 3-4 days a week in the London office and two days per month in the  south coast office, as well as visiting licensors, customers and events.
  • Oops is looking for an International Sales Representative to seek new business opportunities. Oops Global SA supplies Butterfly branded scholastic, baby and lifestyle products to customers around the world. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and be able to travel as the job is hybrid and Switzerland is where the company’s international headquarters is based.
  • Gameplan is looking for an International Sales Manager, on behalf of a client – one of the UK’s largest independently owned designers and manufacturers of children’s toys, with extensive experience supplying the world’s major retailers. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales to retailers and sales to distributors in the territories Benelux, GAS, Poland, Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
  • Eolo Toys is seeking a Key Account Manager.The company’s product line includes a wide range of toys, from outdoor toys, feature plush, electronic toys and well known licensed products from Disney and Marvel. The Key Account Manager (KAM) for an international toy company in the UK and other potential markets is a critical role that involves managing relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
