Oku adds product content to Icecat in Benelux

Published on: 21st November 2023

To better facilitate its retail partners, Oku is using Open Icecat in the Benelux, covering the wide variety of popular brands the company distributes.

Oku is a distributor of sustainable and high-quality toys in the Benelux. For over 40 years, the distributor has been supplying its products to retail chains and specialty stores, with a wide range of quality toys. The company places great value on customer orientation and service, with brands including Lena, Barbo Toys, Geomag, MeMe, Alexander Toys, Siku, Andreu Toys, Voggenreiter and Trefl.

Oku has now made product information from these brands available on the Icecat platform, and its e-commerce partners can access them on Open Icecat in the Benelux.

Open Icecat is easily accessible and can be used for free by all Oku’s e-commerce partners, who can use it to obtain and integrate product content into their systems. The Icecat platform provides resources such as marketing text, images, technical specifications and enhanced content (Icecat Product Stories), making it easier for retailers to present and sell products online. To access the content, companies simply log in or register online for free.

For more information, email Icecat’s René Rozendal at, or get in touch through the website.
