The pop-up event encouraged families to enjoy fun-filled play, and A Cozy Coupe taxi was also spotted in central London.

On Saturday 18th May, Little Tikes hosted a play day to remember in the UK’s capital, and welcomed thousands of adults and children to the ultimate Play Date, at Observation Point on London’s South Bank.

Part of a global celebration to mark the brand’s 50th anniversary, the pop up event allowed families to create unforgettable memories. From the Little Tikes’ famous Cozy Coupe, Horse Rocker and Turtle Sandbox to sports and outdoor toys, there was a huge selection for visitors to play with, with giant toys also making an appearance.

Extravagant stilt walkers greeted families on arrival to the special play space, as children took to the wheel of Cozy Coupes and explored the range of colourful Cape Cottages. Parents took some time out, putting their feet up and enjoying magnificent views from the two giant deckchairs. With the stunning London backdrop, families loved posing for pictures in the Giant Little Tikes Cozy Coupe.

Celebrity mum of two Billie Shepherd joined the celebrations, alongside husband Greg, daughter Nelly and son Arthur. The family enjoyed an afternoon racing around the Cozy Coupes track, before making splash on the water tables and taking some family snaps.

A Cozy Coupe taxi was spotted across the capital over the weekend, as tourists and Londoners took the opportunity to take a ride in style.

Michelle Lilley, head of marketing for Little Tikes UK said: “The World’s Biggest Play Date was a fantastic day and it was great to meet so many families enjoying a fun-filled day out together with Little Tikes”.
